Adona Interatrial Shunt:A novel interatrial shunt with integrated bi-atrial pressure monitoring, designed to enable shunting flow adjustments over time for individualized heart failure management. Features include bi-atrial pressure sensors for direct LA and RA readings, an adjustable shunt lumen (5-10 mm target diameter, enlargeable or reducible post-implant), and a biocompatible ePTFE encased anchor.

Shunt Lumen Adjustment Technology:Utilizes shape memory nitinol for malleable shunt attributes at body temperature, with adjustments made via balloon catheter or Adona Induction Catheter for non-contact inductive energy transfer. Designed to minimize tissue/blood heating.

Adona Induction Catheter:A catheter for non-contact inductive energy transfer to the implant, heating only targeted areas of the shunt with negligible impact on surrounding tissue or blood.
