The Aboriginal Health & Wellness Centre of Winnipeg Inc. (AHWC), established in 1994, is Manitoba's only Urban-Indigenous Community Health Agency. As a non-profit organization, AHWC is committed to holistic health and wellness for Indigenous Peoples in Winnipeg, blending traditional and contemporary healing practices. It serves the community by offering a continuum of services governed by Indigenous Peoples for Indigenous Peoples, focusing on community wellness based on medicine wheel teachings.
