ALTB-268:A potency-improved version of ALTB-168 targeting Ulcerative Colitis (UC). Phase 1 trial in healthy volunteers completed, Phase 2a trial in UC patients initiated in late 2023. Indication expansion for multiple immunological and inflammatory diseases is under planning.

ALTB-168:Targets Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, and Ulcerative Colitis. Phase 2 trials for Psoriasis completed with clinical efficacy signs. Phase 2a trials for Psoriatic Arthritis and UC completed with efficacy demonstrated. Also in trials for Acute Graft vs. Host Disease with ongoing Phase 1 and completed Phase 1b trials showing efficacy.
