About Business Consortium Fund

Business Consortium Fund, Inc. (BCF), founded in 1985, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. BCF aims to expand capital access for small businesses across the United States, promoting a more inclusive and equitable business environment. They specialize in providing funding and advice to first-time and economically disadvantaged borrowers within the supply chains of major corporations and government organizations.

Products & Services

Business Term Loan:A one-time lump sum for larger business investments, with fixed payments over up to 60 months, starting at $25,000.

Business Line of Credit:Flexible funding for corporate contracts, with monthly payments based on balance, renewable annually, starting at $100,000.

Loan Closing Cost Grant Program:Offers up to $3,000 to cover loan closing costs for business owners with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.

Financial Education and Training:Provides resources and training to support financial literacy and business development.
