Bob & Michael's Place:An affordable community housing project opened in summer 2024, aiming to be a model for future social housing in Canada by creating a thriving community for residents.

Chinatown Storytelling Centre:Opened in November 2021, it is a unique space in Canada dedicated to sharing stories of Vancouver's Chinatown through exhibits, programming, and interactive kiosks, celebrating Chinese Canadian heritage and fostering cultural dialogue.

Foo Hung Curios:A retail store at the Chinatown Storytelling Centre offering home goods, stationery, art, and jewelry by Chinese Canadian designers and artists, with proceeds supporting the Centre's programs.

May Wah Hotel:A historic single room occupancy hotel built in 1913, providing affordable housing for low-income residents and seniors in Chinatown.
