Linaprazan glurate:A gastric acid blocker and therapy with potential for healing GERD and treating Helicobacter Pylori (H. Pylori) infection. It offers an improved mode of action compared to Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs), with superior clinical efficacy and a beneficial pharmacokinetic profile. Several Phase I and a Phase II trial have been completed.
