Anthem Citizen Real Estate Development Trust (REDT) is a newly created, unincorporated investment fund based in Burnaby, British Columbia, with a five-year target investment horizon. It aims to partner with Anthem Development Canada Ltd., part of the Anthem Group with a 32-year history in real estate, to develop Citizen, a 66-storey transit-oriented mixed-use development in Metro Vancouver.

Located near a SkyTrain station, Central Park, and local amenities, with construction ready to commence and condos 77% pre-sold.

Investment Fund Units:Class A Units for commission-based accounts and Class F Units for fee-based accounts, with a minimum investment of $10K, eligible for registered plans.
