Community Hero PA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to equipping African American women with knowledge and resources to achieve equitable health outcomes, build financial stability, and lead in civic life. Through culturally responsive programs, they support personal transformation to improve the lives of African American women, their families, and communities, envisioning a future where these women are recognized as catalysts for prosperity, wellness, and social change.
