The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) is an independent non-profit organization founded in 1986, focused on building an inclusive global business leadership pipeline. Its mission is to increase the number of successful Black executives domestically and internationally by supporting their development, leadership, and philanthropic endeavors throughout their careers.
