Personalized Immunotherapies for Cancer (PICs):Custom DNA plasmids encoding up to 40 neoantigens, administered intra-dermally with a cytokine adjuvant and electroporation to create tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) that target and potentially eradicate cancer cells. Applicable to all cancers, with clinical development in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and glioblastoma (GBM).

GT-EPIC™ Platform:A proprietary platform for designing personalized immunotherapeutic DNA plasmids tailored to each patient's tumor neoantigens.

CELLECTRA® Electroporation Device:An in vivo intradermal device that enhances cellular uptake of DNA plasmids at the injection site.
