Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP (NYSE: GHI), formerly known as America First Multifamily Investors, L.P., was formed in 1998 to acquire, hold, sell, and deal with a portfolio of mortgage revenue bonds. These bonds provide construction and/or permanent financing for affordable multifamily, student housing, and commercial properties. The company pursues a growth strategy by acquiring additional mortgage revenue bonds and other investments on a leveraged basis, utilizing attractive financing structures, and managing interest rate risks.
