Semiconductor Manufacturing Support Systems:Includes plasma process monitors, Stealth Dicing technology, failure analysis systems, and Micro LED PL inspection systems.

Photometry Systems:Includes spectrometers, luminescence efficiency measurement systems, fluorescence lifetime measurement systems, terahertz spectrometers, and streak cameras.

Life Science & Medical Systems:Includes digital slide scanners, kinetic plate imagers, light-sheet microplate cytometers, multi-spectral imaging systems, MEMS confocal units, lateral flow readers, imaging plate reader modules, slide scanner systems for medical use, and blood vessel observation camera systems.
