HS-001 (Lead Pipeline):A regenerative medicine product targeting heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). It involves transplanting a sufficient number of ventricular cardiomyocytes derived from allogeneic iPS cells, administered directly into the myocardium. Target diseases include dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), old myocardial infarction (OMI), and dilated-phase hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (D-HCM).

Next-Generation Research:Research on autologous iPS cells and HLA-knockout iPS cells to create cardiomyocytes without immune rejection, alongside collaborative efforts with other companies to develop simpler administration methods accessible to more facilities.
