JESPY House is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enabling adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to achieve their full potential and lead independent lives. Their philosophy promotes choice, self-direction, and independent community living for clients.

Work Readiness and Employment Engagement (WREE):A key component for independent living, focusing on employment skills for individuals with IDD.
