The Lutzie 43 Foundation is dedicated to making roadway safety a priority by reducing distracted, impaired, and unsafe driving. Inspired by the tragic loss of Philip Lutzenkirchen in a distracted driving crash in 2014, the foundation aims to create a nationwide movement for safer roads through education and initiatives like the 43 Key Seconds campaign.

43 Key Seconds Initiative:A program to promote safe driving by encouraging drivers to take 43 seconds before driving to ensure a clear head, hands, eyes, and to buckle up. The 43 Key is intended as a national symbol against distracted and impaired driving.

Safe Driving Summits:Educational events for high school students to raise awareness about the dangers of distracted, impaired, and unsafe driving, providing tools for better decision-making behind the wheel.

Scholarships:Prepared for Life (PFL) scholarships awarded to students, recognizing their commitment to safe driving and community impact.
