Products & Services

NewroBus™:A versatile and patented platform based on single-chain nanobodies that uses Transferrin Receptor 1 (TfR1) mediated transcytosis to efficiently and safely carry biologics across the BBB. Features high humanness, specificity, BBB permeability (CSF/Serum ratio >0.90), and tolerability.

NN-841:A lead product consisting of a heterotrimer with NewroBus NN-103 linked to two molecules of TNF-α inhibitors. It crosses the BBB after subcutaneous administration, shows high CSF/Serum ratio, broad brain distribution, potent TNF-α inhibition, and excellent tolerability.
