On Our Own of Frederick County is a non-profit wellness and recovery center based in Frederick, Maryland. The organization provides free peer support, resources, advocacy, life/recovery coaching, and more to adults and families experiencing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Their mission is to offer intentional and inclusive peer-led recovery services, creating a supportive community to empower individuals to heal and find their own path forward.
