Pathfinder MHC Communities:A new division focused on acquiring and developing modular home communities to offer sustainable, affordable housing solutions with resort-like amenities, addressing housing shortages. Currently planning a location in Parksville.

Management Services Division:Provides management services for RV properties, with three properties currently under operation.
