Integrated Comb Lasers (iCLA):Enables coherent transceiver scaling by delivering four coherent wavelengths for modulation, and supports next generation 5G/6G mobile by generating high-frequency carriers in mmWave and THz bands.
CW-WDM ELSFP:Offers laser arrays delivering up to 16x200 GHz CW-WDM wavelengths for co-packaged optics, and the world's first comb-enhanced External Laser Source (ExCELS) combining features of comb and laser arrays.
Comb Source (Lyra OCS 1000):An optical frequency comb source based on patented technology, offering a flat comb of coherent wavelengths.
High Speed Laser:DFB lasers with a 3dB frequency response bandwidth above 20 GHz for high-speed applications.
Wavelength Tunable DML:A multi-section directly modulated laser design with integrated features for wavelength tunability.
