Emission Control Treater™ (ECT™):A zero-emission production system that processes wellhead fluid at the pad, replacing traditional infrastructure, increasing crude production, reducing emissions, eliminating flaring, and decreasing pad footprint.

Pegasus™ Field Gas Conditioner:A trailer-mounted system for conditioning associated gas for dual fuel or electric fracturing fleets, available in HP and LP configurations, with capacities of 3.3 MMscfd (HP) and 4.5 MMscfd (LP), reducing emissions and diesel fuel costs.

Flarecatcher™ Modular Gas Processing Plant:A mechanical refrigeration unit (MRU) system for processing rich gas streams at well sites, removing NGLs, and conditioning gas for various uses like pipeline injection or power generation, scalable to any flowrate.

Modular NGL Fractionation Systems:Systems to separate mixed liquid hydrocarbons into higher-value products like LPG and propane, available in various capacities, also used for hydrocarbon miscible EOR projects.

Emission Control Valve (EC Valve):A solar and battery-powered electric valve controller system for oilfield applications, replacing gas or nitrogen actuators, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reducing emissions.

Knockouts, Separators & Pressure Vessels:Designed and manufactured for removing free liquids from gas streams and separating water from hydrocarbon streams, with custom options available; Pioneer Energy is an accredited ASME facility.

3rd Party Equipment Sourcing:Sourcing complementary equipment like H2S/CO2 removal systems, storage tanks, compressors, and last-mile solutions (CNG, LNG, GTL) to provide complete gas processing solutions.
