SVV-001:An oncolytic virus that selectively replicates in tumor cells expressing the TEM8 receptor, non-pathogenic in humans and animals. Evaluated in over 30 preclinical cancer models and three clinical trials for solid cancers, including neuroendocrine and pediatric tumors. Shows synergistic anti-tumor effects when combined with immune modulators, cytokines, and checkpoint inhibitors.
