STX-0712 (CCR2-CyTAC):A CyTAC targeting CCR2 on pathogenic monocytes for chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) and other hematologic malignancies, currently in Phase 1 trials.

STX-0640 (Novel Targeting CyTAC):A CyTAC targeting mast cells for inflammatory diseases, currently in preclinical stage.

Na Ion Channel TicTACs:Three distinct TicTAC programs targeting sodium ion channels (NaV1.7, NaV1.8, and dual inhibition) for pain management, currently in preclinical stage.
