Through entrepreneurial-focused culinary training and workforce programs, SFI aims to connect people, enrich communities, create jobs, and inspire future culinary leaders in New Mexico.

Entrepreneurial Food Management Training Course:A course designed to teach the basics of operating a small food-based business, providing hands-on experience and confidence for employment or entrepreneurship.

Food Trucks, Café, and Catering:Services including a fleet of food trucks, professional catering, and fresh, made-from-scratch items served in a cozy café.

Classroom Training and Internships:Real-world business experience through classroom learning and internships, offered in partnership with Central New Mexico Community College (CNM).
