Tel-Aide Montréal is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving mental well-being through active listening. Founded in 1971, it is the first call center in Quebec to offer support for individuals facing mental health challenges or simply needing someone to talk to. With over 50 years of service, it has handled more than two million calls, providing free, confidential, and anonymous active listening services in French and English, available 24/7.
