The SCAN Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that all older adults, particularly people of color, those with lower incomes, and rural residents, can age well at home and in their communities. They aim to build a future where every older adult ages with dignity, purpose, and necessary supports by focusing on policy, program development, impact investing, and storytelling to transform aging in California and nationally.
