About SoLa Impact

The SoLa Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate of SoLa Impact, aims to train and inspire the next generation of Black and brown tech and entertainment leaders and entrepreneurs from South Los Angeles through its SoLa Tech and Entrepreneurship Center.

Products & Services

SoLa Tech Membership:A membership for after-school programming during the academic year, including Winter, Fall, and Spring sessions, offering a safe learning facility, tutoring, mentorship, student-led clubs, tech resources, and open play days on gaming computers.

Fall 2025 Session:After-school programs for grades 3-12 running from September 8th to December 11th, 2025, at the SoLa Tech and Entrepreneurship Center.

Scholarships:Includes offerings like the Miller Full-Ride Scholarship with specific eligibility criteria and timelines for 2025.

Tech Center Programs:Programs focusing on four career pathways: Technology, Arts, Media and Entertainment, Entrepreneurship, and Esports and Video Game Design.

SoLa Live Accelerator Program:A program to support and accelerate participants in tech and entrepreneurship fields.

SoLa Founders Launchpad Program:A program designed to support budding entrepreneurs.

Cyber Security Program:A specialized program focusing on cyber security training.

Mentorship - Operation Impact:A mentorship initiative to guide and support participants.

Howmet Science & Engineering Lab:A dedicated lab for science and engineering education and projects.

Tech Center Space Rentals:Rental services for tech center spaces for various activities.

Art in Action:A program focused on arts engagement and activities.

Culinary Cafe and Program:A cafe and educational program centered on culinary arts.
