TROSA (Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers, Inc.) is a non-profit organization founded in 1994, dedicated to empowering individuals with substance use disorders to become productive, recovering members of their communities. As a licensed treatment facility, TROSA offers a comprehensive, multi-year residential program that includes free housing, meals, clothing, vocational and life skills training, counseling, health services, mentorship, and continuing care.
