UNCF's Institute for Capacity Building (ICB) partners with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and mission-aligned organizations to advance student success, community advancement, and institutional transformation. With over 80 years of service, UNCF supports higher education accessibility and strives to ensure that no mind is wasted and no dream deferred, viewing education as a path to the American Dream.
