Unigold Inc. is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company focused on exploring and developing gold assets in the Dominican Republic. The company primarily concentrates on the Candelones oxide gold deposit within its 100% owned Neita Fase II exploration concession in Dajabón province. Unigold has been active in the region since 2002 and is the most active exploration company in the country, targeting gold systems within the volcanic rocks of the Cretaceous Tireo Formation.
