About Unity Care

Unity Care is a COA-accredited 501(c)3 organization focused on ending homelessness and poverty for youth aging out of foster care in Northern California. With a 32-year track record, they have helped over 25,000 young adults transition into adulthood by providing stable housing, education, employment support, well-being services, and unconditional care. Their mission is to transform lives by building foundations for independence and purpose, serving over 500 young adults annually in the San Francisco Bay Area, Monterey, and Sacramento regions.
