About Women in Life Science Denmark

Women in Life Science Denmark (WiLD) is a network forum for women in senior positions across the life science industry and academia in Denmark. It aims to strengthen value creation in Danish life science by increasing diversity in top management and specialist levels, providing a platform for professional knowledge sharing, mentorship, and empowerment.

Products & Services

Networking Meetings:Hosts four annual network events focused on knowledge sharing, industry-relevant topics, and discussions on diversity and inclusiveness, hosted by different companies in the life science ecosystem.

Mentor Program:A 12-month program launched in November 2023, targeting female talent in life sciences, with WiLD members as mentors to support up-and-coming female talents.

Webinars:Lectures offering valuable knowledge and insights for members and non-members on various topics, delivered by expert lecturers.

Media Training (Expert Panel):A panel of industry experts from WiLD to contribute knowledge to media and public discourse, increasing visibility of female experts, set to launch in 2024.

Peer-to-Peer Networks:Small, self-governing groups for collaborative learning among WiLD members on topics like Women's Health, Boardroom Readiness, AI & Digital Transformation, and more, launched in March 2024.
